First ever female gym!! The best ever I can finally workout without feeling insecure. Love the team and the atmosphere
I had a PT session with Maya who was fantastic, we had such a good laugh that it made the whole session flow easily. I really like the program she created for me and she was lovely and constantly checked in with me to make sure the weight was right and how I felt doing each exercise- Highly recommend! The gym is also great, good amount of machines and everyone is very welcoming :)
Female Fed is a friendly, super welcoming, female only gym that has a great variety of classes scheduled at different times throughout the week. The instructors are friendly, professional, and keep me motivated during class! The gym is also well equipped for a solo workout. Highly recommend 👌
Absolutely the best gym I’ve ever been to. It’s such a lovely atmosphere, calm and friendly. I love the low key background music that you don’t have to fight to hear your podcast over. Great equipment, lovely staff and even a sauna! Oh and the showers are lush!
Such a lovely gym. My first female gym and I loved how friendly the environment was! I’m not confident on the machines so it was nice to have them available as the gym wasn’t to busy when I went. Will 100% be returning and the smoothies are so yummy!
