GoodLife Fitness Calgary Westwinds and Castleridge

After moving to calgary and months of searching for a facility , I must say this is the one ! It is close to home & has wonderful classes that I am so excited to be apart of .I went in on the weekend and spoke to cazzaer, she was very kind and showed me some workouts without me evening joining .She ensure that I would be guided and that if I ever needed anything to simply just ask! My husband and I will be going to sign up once we finish getting settled in & I will be taking all of my friends and family with me. Highly recommended

Customer service is 0 . You feel like they force you to join... i tolled her ill back tomorrow shes like if you leave this door i wont give you this deal tomorrow.... you think i care about the deal right when i walked in i felt the sales men energy. Reminded me of golds gym when they want to steal your money. Please train your staff and your self to be more human then to just get into peoples buckets.

This place is close to my house and that is the reason I go there. I signed up on August 1st and ever since then I have had problems with the my payments. My sister and I are on one account and I pay for both. On August 21st I went and the front desk girl stopped me saying they were unable to money out of my account. She stated that the account info was put in wrong and that is obviously not my fault as it was one of the staff that entered it in. So I paid her the $27 to get my account up to date and I informed her my sister was on my account and asked her if it would affect her account and she said no. I was confused because if my money didn’t go through then neither did hers since she’s one my account but the lady reassured me everything was a good so I went with what she said. Then the next day I went in with my sister and she stopped us saying the account was missing a payment and of course I got frustrated and told her we talked about this yesterday and then she blamed me for not explaining the situation properly so again I paid the $27 and went on about my day. Then on Tuesday of this week we went in again and the front desk lady stated I owned $79 and I was outraged! I told her that none of this made sense and she stated that’s what is said on my profile. So she told me to come back the following day and talk to heather there manager. I haven’t been able to go yet but I’m hoping to go tmr and I will mostly likely cancel my membership after not even a month because this place is so unorganized and the staff is completely lost and don’t have a clue what’s going on. It is not my fault that the staff put in my account information wrong and I don’t understand why they would since it was a direct deposit form I gave them with all the information on there. I will also contact head office and send in a complaint because I’m feed up. This is the worst possible location anyone can attend and the staff don’t care about anything. I won’t even get into how dirty the washrooms are. Definitely would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Disgusting place with disrespectful and ignorant staff!

I have been to 5 GoodLife locations in Calgary and had amazing experience but if there could be zero stars, I would give that for this one because of the horrible customer service experience provided by "Kasar".I encountered her in early July 2019 and as stated in other reviews, she demeans others, has zero customer service skills and obviously doesn't care 1% about how the person is feeling from her way of talking. By calling someone "honey" or "hon" is not how you show respect or care, you do that by treating them equal and not making it feel like you are doing a favor on the world. The gym itself is perfectly fine and is also maintained but honestly who would want to go and like to be disrespected out of no where. You go in gym for certain reasons, you ask certain questions and people working there are there to help you or guide you and at the very least show minimum respect while providing service.
