Convenient, next to business center, big space, have many trainers, plus massage with oil to relax muscle and mind....you will like it.
Spacious cardio area, changing room and etc but i've struggled to find man's changing room, because there's only one little note on the wall saying "Men", entry is hidden and has no doors, you can see the showers just one step into the room and showers have no curtains. Weights area is smaller than the showers area so.. 😂 Yeah.. looks clean and nice, but has some disadvantages which could be improve and for someone who wants to use dumbbells, better go somewhere else ;)
Very bad do not advice any basic fit
People here are rude, obnoxious, and annoying. Half the machines are broken (some for at least 6 months). Zero etiquette - people throwing weights, taking up multiple pieces of equipment at a time. The only good thing about it is the location. It was WAY better when it was HealthCity.
