Incredible workouts and energy. The instructors are down to earth and really care about the clients. Highly recommend if you want to fall in love with exercise. The cons are that theres no shower or locker room and its too expensive to be sustainable.

All of the Body Roc trainers are awesome and motivate you to do your best. I have been attending Body Roc classes for over 2 years and it is the most motivating workout which I have ever attended. Love the music. You get stronger each week and the fat melts away while you get more toned.

Where do I begin... Bodyroc has changed my life!! I’ve never had a good relationship with working out until I started coming here. I used to hate going to the gym and would come up with every excuse in the book not to go. Now I get upset if I miss even a day at BodyRoc! The trainers here truly want to see you prosper. The music and energy in “the lab” just can’t be replicated. When I joined back in February I was the heaviest I’ve been my whole life. Within the first 2 ½ months I lost 20 lbs and I’ve never felt better! Highly recommend this place to EVERYONE. There’s no place like BodyRoc!

I have been going to BODYROC for about one month thanks to one of my good friends. And I cannot express how much working out here has changed my life. I am motivated every day to get a workout in early, late, rain, or shine. Shaun has created an atmosphere like no other gym. Strangers become friends and working out becomes a party. I’m very thankful to have come here and now work towards my goals with the BODYROC team.
