I’ve been training at Complete Fitness Gym for a while now, and I must say, this is one of the cleanest and most well-maintained gyms I’ve ever seen. The equipment is top-notch, and the atmosphere is perfect for both beginners and advanced lifters. A special shoutout to Shavez, the trainer, who is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He motivates and guides everyone with a personalized approach. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, he knows exactly how to help you achieve your goals. And of course, a big thanks to Umar, the owner, who has done an amazing job running this place. He ensures that the gym remains a positive and welcoming environment for everyone. Highly recommended!
Advance equipment, parking space for bikes and car cleanliness is far more better than other gyms in chakwal 100% recommend

A good gym for starters. Lots of machines which are occupying space and it gives a very congested look. The trainer is excellent and has good knowledge about fitness and exercises. The gym is very crowded in the evening. Best time to go would be in the morning.
Unfortunately people giving positive reviews never been to a proper gym before. I came to Chakwal from Europe on vacation and I liked the gym due to fancy images only to later find it’s just another substandard gym with substandard equipment. I smashed my hands and got sore thumbs on chest fly as the lock popped out in the middle of rep. The leg press is very dangerous as the locks either do not exist or are broken. The ventilation is very poor and feels like hell when working out in monsoon season. There’s no inverter and you may suffocate to death if power goes out. I could have given 2,3 stars if price wasn’t very high. I paid 3000 for one month only. Here in Europe I pay 9000 PKR and get best quality gym along with swimming pool as well.
