I had my ‘Zen Do’ at the Yoga Loft in April. From start to finish our time there was perfect!! We were greeted with ginger shots on arrival, then did a guided meditation and reiki session followed by some breakfast pastries & teas. After this we moved onto the floats, saunas & each had a dream facial which was then followed by some lovely afternoon tea! Lyndsey & team were so attentive, she clearly went through everything with us and before we could ask she had tended to our every need. Couldn’t recommend this enough for the perfect pre wedding relaxation for me & my bridesmaids! Thanks Lyndsey xx
Went to the yoga loft for the ‘zen do’ package for my friends hen. We had the most amazing day, the atmosphere was perfect and Lyndsey was so organised and professional. The treatments were unreal and there wasn’t a detail that Lyndsey and her team hadn’t thought about. It was a gorgeous bonding day for me and the bridal party and I would recommend this to anyone looking for something different and relaxing. I booked my partner straight in for a sauna and float session the following week as I knew he would love it too. Thank you so much!
Today me and my friend visited the yoga loft Prescot for my friends birthday ! Wow 🤩 we were greeted on arrival by lyndsey and Abigail, very friendly and welcoming. The whole please is stunning ! The smell is unreal and the facilities are fabulous ! Nothing was too much trouble ! We had the spa lounge to ourselves, my friend enjoyed a float and I enjoyed the inferred sauna ! There was robes and slippers waiting for us, bottles of water, mint water, choice of herbal teas and fresh orange ! We also enjoyed lunch ! We really can’t wait to visit again ! If you haven’t been you really need to go ❤️ I can’t wait to see what they have to offer next as they are always adding to the already beautiful yoga loft ! X
The Yoga Loft is a truly beautiful studio, run by fantastic people - they go out of their way to make everyone welcome! There is a great range of classes, suitable for all levels and a new spa area with infra-red sauna, floatation tank and relaxation area - all fabulous! Cannot recommend Lyndsey and the studio enough 🙌🏻
My partner booked me a floatation session for my birthday and from stepping in to the yoga loft the whole experience was so relaxing. Lyndsey was so friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. I even got a lovely bunch of flowers for my birthday. Cannot wait to book in again, such a lovely place right on my doorstep. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you for allowing me some space to focus on me 🧘♀️
