They offer yoga lessons, which is great! I originally took private lessons because I wanted to do Pilates, but the content depends on the teacher. There's a lot of employee transfers, so sometimes I can't get lessons, but once I find a good teacher I can work with them very comfortably, so I'm very satisfied now!

Kaito supervises me, and he flexibly adjusts his teaching method to suit my level of understanding, so I can feel my body getting more aligned each time I come. The exquisite balance of load - "not too hard, not too hard" - and the friendly atmosphere, where we can have fun conversations that go beyond the scope of Pilates, are also factors that I think keep me going at Pilates, even though I tend to get bored easily. He's a wonderful instructor who can make you feel positive not only physically but also mentally.
