Anka is the best coach I ever had the chance to meet. He is different from most coaches, he does not play anything, and his knowledge often makes you astonished. In the half-year that I have been practicing for so long, she taught me what it means to train HEALTH. You say exercise is like a exercise, but Anka will teach you and explain in detail how muscles work and what you do well and how badly. This can only be provided by a person who is truly educated and experienced in what he does. In Ankeny, it's not just physical training but also psychic relaxation :) A lot of fun and laughter during training helps you not realize that you're just practicing (especially those who are lazy: D) but on the contrary you realize that the exercise is actually fun . But you need something like that for Ank. In addition, she is also very experienced in the field of nutrition and is also a great healthy chef, thanks to what you learn and your workout will be even more effective. The results are very clear, as after muscle training, and I'm just glad to have such a super coach with a super team :)) It is the family atmosphere that is what makes this cozy fit. Your age and gender do not really matter (you are finally convinced yourself :) Throw away any prejudices and try the Ank's coach, you really will not regret it. I recommend !!

Anica is an amazing creature. She is very careful about her clients. She is healthy, confident, communicative, energetic, and always positively taught, and most importantly, she is right to motivate. Each client spends plenty of time and attention. All exercises will show and explain. I personally like that every training is different and still comes with new ideas and exercises. Anica constantly controls every movement and therefore does not miss her eye :-) It is seen that she takes her job as a mission and tries to help people. Her knowledge is at a very high level, but she still keeps learning. I very much appreciate the fact that they are trying to bring together their clients through a variety of activities (including out of fitness) and I think that's why we all feel so great at her. I recommend it to all ten !!!

One day I learned about private fitness and it will be a year since I go there. There is always a cheerful and pleasant atmosphere thanks to the amazing trainer Anke. Usually they will load us well and we will exercise from the last forces, but we will. I like going there because I meet great people there.

I approached Anka as a very obese woman who had had several unsuccessful attempts to permanently adjust the weight and was in a stage when a simple walk was also a problem. This time, however, I made a choice of coach and I was looking for someone who went through a similar path and knows that obesity is not only aesthetic, but above all a huge health problem. I wanted someone who could understand what an obese person was experiencing, what was happening exactly in his body, and he could support his efforts not only by choosing the right exercises, but also mentally and mentally. All this I found in Anka - a professional, extremely educated woman with a real interest in man, very empathetic, generous, but on the other hand sufficiently strong and hard trainer that can move a man to achieve what she is trying to do. Every workout with her is different, varied and with each slowness under her scrutiny I push my limits. Anka is really fully devoted to the whole training and I can say from my own experience that after a few months of training under her leadership, I am extremely healthy and I feel incomparably better, I have more energy and appetite for life. Anka, thank you for your humanity, support, quality trainings, always good mood and professionalism with which you work with us :-) If you are looking for a good coach, you are definitely in the right place. Thanks to coach Anke, I changed my lifestyle and fell in love with exercise. I look forward to every single training, but it's not just about exercise. Access, even from a health point of view (if you have a problem with your spine, shoulder or anything), after a hard workout a home baked healthy cake (yes and cake can be healthy and tasty!), Endless conversations, effort to help, motivation, thanks to all for me this is a gym, along with Anka, not just the best, but also with other clients she has become home or family for me, where I keep coming back and can't imagine exercising somewhere else!
