I started CrossFit when I was in college and even coached for several years before having kids. Eventually my family moved and I stepped away from the gym. When I we came to the SC my life circumstances had completely changed. I’m so thankful for having been able to fine this gym. Such great people, coaching, and culture. With three little kids, this gym allows me to workout and bring them along. It’s very family friendly. That’s so important to me in this stage of life. Whether you have kids or not, the people and environment are very open and accepting. If you’re looking for a great place to connect with others, push yourself physically and build community, then there’s no better place than Corvus CrossFit. Try it out and you won’t regret it.
I have never been a person to love working out but CrossFit Corvus offers much more than just a gym; it offers a sense of community, friendship, and encouragement. The coaches work out with you while offering their expertise and advice. They also can adjust the workouts to match your abilities. If you need someone to help push you to your potential while working out with a great, positive group of people, then CrossFit Corvus is a great fit.
A one-in-a-million community! I’ve been part of this family since I started CrossFit in 2013, and there truly isn’t another gym that goes above and beyond for its members the way they do. The growth I’ve experienced over the years—both inside and outside the gym—is because of this place and the people in it. If you’re looking for somewhere that will push you to grow and support you every step of the way, this is it.
I’m new to CrossFit, just joined Corvus in December. At first I was a bit nervous however the community and staff are awesome. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. Staff is super knowledgeable along with a clean facility. Since starting, I have noticed many positive changes to my physical and mental wellbeing. Wished I started sooner. I highly recommend!
been going to Corvus for the past 5 years and been coaching for 3 years and i love it! i enjoy how welcoming the staff was to me when i first join and how encouraging the community is!
