It's a lot of fun to train here. The trainers are extremely well-trained and tailor the training program perfectly to each individual. They're also real characters who always have a listening ear and are very patient and have a great sense of humor. I appreciate that the classes, such as back exercises, are offered both mornings and evenings during the week. The facilities and equipment are clean and well-maintained. I can wholeheartedly recommend everything here.
100% recommended! All the staff are very friendly. The trainers are highly qualified and regularly participate in continuing education. They explain all the equipment and exercises in detail and are always happy to answer questions and provide assistance. The studio itself is clean, bright, and welcoming, and the facilities and equipment are modern. There's also a comprehensive class schedule.
Every where has the bad peoples. Every one sometimes has the mistakes. I had met a mistake there. But I think just one person mistake. It is no business to others. To be honest I think they are good 👍🏻
It started out well enough but then they shifted their office and the quality went down. The classes were run in an insincere fashion with no regular trainers. The gym rooms got smaller and overcrowded. There was only one English-speaking person and she only came in once a week. And they wouldn't let me cancel my contract even though I repeatedly told them I was unhappy with the new conditions of the gym. Very disappointed with my experience here. Would not recommend it to anyone at all.
