Super space for woman to training in peace and away from Men's looks Personal is super friendly and attentive every time, I had a couple situations and they always helped me. Love the atmosphere, equipment and installations, everything is always clean. They not only have lots of courses and the gym area, there's also a dampf sauna, normal sauna and ruheraum ♡
I had a great experience at Pink Gym in Berlin. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They patiently explained everything and made sure I felt comfortable and valued throughout my visit. Expensive for a mediocre service. There's always hidden charges. And they don't attend to your concerns right away but would gladly take payments out of your card. There's always hidden charges and additional charges. One time they charged me 120 euro/month and said there's a yearly charge. For what???? Greedy people. Promise there's a better gym out there in Frankfurter Allee WITH AN AREA AS WELL FOR WOMEN ONLY and will cost you 25 euro pero month. I will never recommend Pink Frauen to anyone anymore, NOT WORTH IT.
Do not go here if you are a woman of color. I was around 15 minutes late and only asked the instructor for brief help adjusting the bike, as I did not know how to set it up. She told me that because I was late, she technically did not even have to let me into the class. What particularly upset me is that I have previously seen another late participant receive help with the exact same thing. This made me feel that different standards were being applied to me. I immediately raised the issue with reception afterwards, but I was not offered any solution or further assistance. I find the way I was treated unfair and disrespectful. As a paying member, I expect to be treated with the same basic respect and consideration as other members. There was also a creepy guy in the gym which was weird to me cause this is a female only gym. Don't spend your money where you are not treated equally.
I used to love love love this Gym, but things have significantly deteriorated: more and more lockers remain broken, the constant sales promotions have lead to a massive oversubscription of the gym, and without warning or any direct communication to the members and against EU and German law, they've decided to introduce a 2€ surcharge for direct debits, including for existing membership contracts. Really truly disappointing.
