Lovely studio that offers great classes and personal training. Fantastic outdoor setting as well. Really friendly vibe and a wonderful sense of community.

Great variety of classes, with friendly and professional staff in an outdoor setting......covid19 prevention measures strictly adhered to ensuring your safety while you stay in shape. Highly recommend!

The classes are amazing. The instructors extremely good at what they do and very attentive to clients. The studio has become my second home and I absolutely love it and always look forward to the group classes. They have the most brilliant Spin classes. These are not to be missed. The studio is also covid-19 compliant and serious attention is paid to sanitizing, social distancing and wearing masks.
