Son súper amables, muy buenas instalaciones. Me asombran los comentarios de las personas, recuperase después de la pandemia para los gimnasios no es fácil y si, no son las máquinas más actualizadas porque tienen ipod, pero si son mucho mejores que otros gimnasios. El personal es increíble y todo sirve para lo que tiene que servir.
Had to put my membership on pause because of a medical issue and they put it on pause for like two months but then required more documentation. Shouldn't a note from my doctor be enough if I'm not using your gym? When I join the gym again it won't be Bodytech.!!!
En completa decadencia: sirven 1/4 banos, las máquinas de escaleras solo están activas una a lo sumo de 3 (mes y medio para hacer el arreglo de una sola) y en general equipos que ya tienen más de 15 años (el gimnasio se inauguró en 2010).
Terrible service. In the cycling area, my husband had an accident when a gym chair fell on him, causing a traumatic brain injury. They told him to come in the following week to speak with the sports medicine doctor for a supposed follow-up appointment. She asked him what we wanted or hoped to achieve with the visit, as if one would have an accident on purpose, especially considering that the speaker straps were insufficient for his weight and hadn't been maintained. Despite filing a formal complaint, they never responded, even though they supposedly changed managers. I've warned my friends and family by sharing videos of the incident so they don't go there.
The place looks like a cattle farm. They cram three or four people into each machine at night. In the basement, where the meager equipment is kept, it's so stuffy you can barely breathe. Thank God a Smart car store opened across the street. There's no room for anyone in the wet areas anymore. The machines are constantly broken from overuse. I've been here for five years and it's never been like this. The showers are broken, and it's unclean. And they haven't installed a water filter because they're so focused on selling more bottled water. The management has terrible taste.
