Highly recommend Watch Repair & Co. Ethan was very helpful with coordinating the repair of my two vintage watches. Leon was very gentle with the repairs and was able to make same-day adjustments to the band. Overall, their service was transparent and very reasonably priced. This was a great experience all around. The clasp on the band of my Cartier watch was loose and wasn't staying closed - this was incredibly frustrating because I had purchased a new band from tourneau a little over a year ago for $1300 (and it had taken them 2 months to switch it out with an old one). Not only did this place give me an incredible price, but it also took them just a few days to fix it. They stayed open after closing to allow me to pick up the watch, AND they shortened my gold bracelet when I dropped the watch off. I have found my new watch place. Everyone should go here if you need something done well and quickly!
I came to Watch Repair & Co. after finding them through Google reviews and I'm so glad I did. I needed the band shortened on my 1960s vintage Rolex - not a straightforward job, as it doesn't have a traditional link bracelet and requires real expertise to work with. From the moment I walked in, the team was helpful and knowledgeable. They took on the job right away, handled it with care, and charged a very fair price. The turnaround was impressive too, I dropped it off on a Friday and it was ready by Monday. Highly recommend!
I had dropped my PAN90 and damaged the lug to the point I could not longer change the band. They did an amazing job with the repair! It looks brand new. Will absolutely return for any of my watch needs in the future!
