Ilkb is seriously the BEST workout. The enviornment, the workout, the people who work here and workout here are all so fabulous. I literally can't imagine not doing this atleast 4x in my week! It makes everyday great to start with ilkb! I have gotten stronger, more focused, and overall just happier! I am so thankful for this place! If you haven't tried it yet, YOU NEED TO!💪🥊

Instructors and other members have made me feel like one of the family since I first walked into this gym. I joined as part of a 6 week challenge and loved the workout and environment so much I signed up for a year and it is one of the best things I have ever done. 10/10 would recommend.
