Decent gym with a good selection of equipment. Large area with free weights. Big minus is that a lot of people don't take off their outdoor shoes at the entrance and tramp through the gym area. Absolutely NO GO!!
Lots of good equipment and plenty of space, but people are very bad at cleaning up after themselves. Weights are strewn about and I couldn't find anything to lock the weights on the bar. The squat rack is also poorly designed with the safety bar not being able to be locked on the last or second to last notch as other screws get in the way of securing it.
Jeg ble fortalt at jeg kan låse mine ting inne i ett skap over natten, som jeg gjorde noen ganger uten problem, og hva er poenget med et skap om jeg ikke kan låse mine ting inne der? Uansett, en dag, min bror hadde noe han skulle gi meg som jeg ikke klarte å bære så da lot jeg det være i skapet, treningssenteret trodde det var dop…😐så de tok alt i mitt skap, å tok det til Krøgenes å puttet alt i en søppelpose, å jeg måtte gå der å hente det, på toppen av det, de refunderte ikke meg for den låsen som kostet 200 kr, som de ødela. Jeg skal avslutte dette gym medlemsskapet.
No proper equipment. No one is there to guide the new commers. Very difficult to figure out everything by ourselves.
Nye senteret: veldig lite plass og i tillegg ikke noe «privat» plass dersom man skal tøye ut eller noe annet. Veldig mye bråk og uryddig treningssenter. Personalet er nesten aldri til stede og derfor vanskelig å henvende seg til noen dersom man vil si ifra om noe eller lurer på noe. I tillegg så er det iskaldt der inne. De varmer ikke opp.
