Love this gym!! My family have been going here for a few years. It is a community. People of all age groups. Friendly and supportive. The owner is invested in the people and place and it shows. Cleanest gym I have ever been to. Group classes are excellent. Many options at differnt times of the day so you have flexibility. Trainers for the classes are knowledgeable and informative with beginners to advance options making classes flexible for everyone. Personal training is excellent! Positive and supporting the individual goals and form focused. This isn't just a gym its community and the owner really supports that energy. Great place!
Amazing gym with great staff. Affordable. Convenient. Consistently clean l. Has just about everything you need. Ive been coming here on and off for 10 years, even when Im just back in town for a couple weeks on vacation.
I’m used to going to pretty big and busy gyms, this place is even better. I really like how friendly people are here and being able to actually get to use the machines here without there being a long wait. I also enjoy the separate room where I can do my stretches beforehand ! Very nice gym and has everything you would need. My fiancé and I love it here
I've been going here on and off for almost 20 years. I don't live in the area anymore so when I come back to visit family, I come in for a day pass (only $8). It's always great to workout here. Everything you need and very clean. I'm very grateful this gym is still going strong.
Today I signed up at this location to become a member. My experience was truly amazing, Ryan was super informative about the gym, the amenities, accessibility’s, the equipment, and made me feel like I was at home. I felt super relaxed when I talked to Ryan, Randy, and other members of the staff. They made me laugh, the smoothie was really delicious, and they shifted my perspective on nutrition and educated me on the importance of protein. Sign up process was easy, fast, and helped me feel secure in safety. I loved the barcode scanned security mechanism to ensure 24 hour safety. I will be recommending to all my friends to attend this gym and neighboring gyms.
