9round is the only program I've been able to stick with consistently! The workouts change everyday so you never get bored. It's great stress reliever! Intense and challenging workouts in only 30 minutes

I love the workouts, love the trainers, love the whole experience of 9Round. The trainers make it personal for you - you're not just another gym member there, and I was surprised to realize how much a difference that makes. The workouts change each day but always engage your whole body, and I always have such a feeling of accomplishment when I leave. If I could give this 9Round gym 20 out of 10 stars, I would!!

Totally love the workout I get from 9Round! My favorite part is the 1 on 1 with the trainers! The trainers are very helpful and quite friendly. Great gym and wonderful workout, especially for only 30 minutes! 💪 Even during the quarantine, they had online videos to keep members moving and working out as close as possible to feeling like you were at the gym.

I was looking for a place to work out when I found 9Round in mason. It is an intense 30 minute work out that will work every muscle that you have and on top of that you will Learn how to defend yourself with Precise kicks and punches and in today's world who doesn't need that. Emily, Jercell, Michael, and Patrick are the trainers they are highly skilled at what they do and will be there to help you every step of the way they are very encouraging and will explain and show you the proper way to kick box so if you are looking for an intense workout and a way to defend yourself I highly recommend 9Round in mason. Hope to see you there

9Round Mason is an great place to workout. The 30 min workout is well designed and the fact that you can arrive anytime and start your workout is a plus. The thing that makes this location stand out is the dedication and energy the trainers have to motivate you. Kudos to Michael, Emily, Jercell, and Patrick the owner for all the hard work and energy they put out everyday. Also, the way the workout and gym are designed, this is a perfect social distancing workout experience. The nine workout stations are well marked, the staff works to have the proper allowed number of people inside at any given time, and keep it clean and disinfected
