The best hour of my day for everyday, good place for making new friends and strong family
Amazing fitness environment. Very positive and encouraging coaches :)
Excellent facility, great coaches.
Most definitely the best crossfit place in Cairo. Coaches are amazing and very supportive !
The gym has changed a lot but unfortunately to the bad. The am sessions (Crossfit & FitCamp) train together in a box that can't fit that many people. Despite of that, the coach doesn't give everyone enough attention. I felt like training alone with no observation or anyone to look on my techniques to correct them.
