Personalized exercises to suit your priorities - I am now on post-partum recovery, as an example. Great location, near the beach & city center, perfect for you to remain active during your vacation. We have had two teachers, the owner and a young woman, one for mat Pilates, and the other for the reformer, and both are excellent. It is clean, pleasant, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend it.
