Premier Garden Apartments

I am very thankful to say that I am very satisfied with such excellent customer service that I have received from the staff at Premier Garden Apartments. I like to give a special thanks to Ms Carla Dean, Ms Sonya and Ms MJ the manager and the staff who was very nice and caring and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and at home before I even moved in the complex. They are very professional and it's just been so nice living here at the Premier Garden Apts, I have been here going on two months and I have very nice neighbors and it's peaceful. Ms MJ does an amazing job keeping the complex up and safe. I have no complaints, I like to tell the staff at Premier Garden Apartments to keep up the excellent customer service and may God continue to bless you. ❤️🙏🏾

I have been a resident since 2022 and I absolutely love my place. There hasn't not been any problem that couldn't be fixed. As far as the staff I have no problem with the way they take care of business, in fact I feel they do their job. For the most part it's quiet and there have been minor disturbances which means we all are different. I can only speak for me, I'm good here!

I lived at this apartment community for three years, and I truly want to take a moment to recognize April Whitlock who has have consistently provided outstanding service and professionalism throughout my entire time here. From day one, she wad welcoming, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail made living here a smooth and positive experience. She genuinely care about their residents, and it shows in everything she does. Thank you, April and dedication, support, and amazing customer service. I truly appreciate everything you've done over the years and wish you and the entire team continued success. I also want to give a special shout out to Ms. Sonya who moved me in the apartment she was very professional and amazing as well.

I've been here about 6 months now. I love my apartment...It's nice & quiet...My leasing Agent's name was Carla Dean! She was a beautifully spirited person who helped me greatly with my moved in. I really don't have any complaints....I go to work and pay my rent & mind my business...There is one thing...It seems like the power goes out more often then normal during stormy weather...but everything normally cuts right back on within a few mins. I'm glad I made the descision to live here!

Do not move in here, I repeat, do not move in here. April & CJ will frustrate your life and you will be forced to break your lease and run. They are so arrogant and disrespectful. they will sweet mouth you to sign a lease with them and once you do, you are in the Lions den. As long as CJ and April are still on that property, please run
