Ik volg inmiddels al meer dan 10 jaar Hatha en Yin yoga bij Yoga Maarssen en ik kan met volle overtuiging zeggen dat dit een bijzondere plek is waar ik mede dankzij de kennis en kunde van Liesbeth de Beurs en de andere yogadocenten een ander mens ben geworden doordat er zowel aandacht wordt geschonken aan de fysieke yoga als aan de diepere, spirituele en filosofische basis van yoga. Juist deze combinatie geeft mij nog na iedere yogales veel rust en inzicht na iedere yoga les.
A really lovely yoga school with expert yoga teachers. A very atmospheric and clean studio. In addition to all types of yoga, they also regularly host inspiring workshops.
An incredibly lovely yoga studio. Beautifully decorated, mats and props are provided, everything is neat and clean. And the classes are truly top-notch. The lessons have a nice structure and lots of variety, and the yoga teachers are very skilled and, above all, incredibly warm. The approach is also very personal; if you have physical difficulties, they lovingly adapt the exercises for you.
The classes at Yoga Maarssen are wonderful! I have been coming here for several years. Most of the classes I take are taught by Liesbeth de Beurs. She is an incredibly warm, open, and loving person who is serious about her profession, and who delivers it with passion and a smile. The other teachers are also very nice. Today I attended a class that a friend had arranged with Liesbeth as a birthday activity. So that is possible too :)!
