Personal training with Lea is one of the best decisions I made in 2019. He is a fantastically encouraging PT who is very motivating. He works well with you to achieve your tailored goals. It's always fun, interesting and challening sessions with lots of craic. He pushes you to reach your goals and beyond. Great value and well structured sessions with progression being the objective. You'll become stronger and fitter than you imagined.
