Sam is an amazing coach - incredibly patient, supportive, and encouraging. He always takes the time to explain the exercises and make sure everyone uses the correct technique. I'm still learning, but thanks to Sam I can already see how much I've improved. He always motivates me to push myself and become the best version of myself. The atmosphere at Geefit Gym is friendly, welcoming, and completely free of judgement. Joining was one of the best decisions I've made, and I genuinely look forward to every session. I have been using Sam at Geefit for PT for the past 4 months - to help keep me on track with my goals , keep me accountable and keep pushing on. He expects you to work hard and will push you to do more then you think you can. A calm and kind demeanour belie a real determination to help you achieve your goals. Me and my partner have recently joined GeeFit to start the Body Recomp Program and had our first session last night. The initial consultation with Sam was so informative and he was really friendly and made us feel welcome. We have been excited to start and make a change to our lives with better habits, nutrition and body changes. Our first session was absolutely amazing - met a group of lovely people who all motivated eachother and feel great today! Sam meets everyone’s needs and is very personal in knowing what each of his clients need and how to progress further to build confidence, strength and form. I’m very excited to see what happens within the next few weeks to see my progress. 100% recommend!
I started body recomp at Geefit just over 5 weeks ago. Sam is there for help and guidance at all times and pushes you when you need it. His support and encouragement is second to none which helps with accountability and consistency. Thanks Sam!
I went to my first GeeFit session in Eastleigh today and it was great. Sam was very welcoming and supportive. I like the flexibility of the sessions and the early morning timetable. Booked next week already!
