The fitness classes here helped me stay consistent when I usually lose motivation after a few weeks. Instructors remember familiar faces and actually check if everyone understands the routines. One speaker stopped working during class once, but the coach continued smoothly without making the session awkward or chaotic.

I am grateful my work has a complimentary gym membership to all the YMCA's in East TN. I used to work out here years ago and was not very pleased then, but I decided to give them another try this year and was pleasantly surprised at how much has changed! The weight room is wonderful and full of options. And the staff are wonderful! Can't wait to keep hitting new milestones here!

The staff here is super friendly which is why I gave three stars. I also only went to the pool. The locker rooms seemed nice enough but the pool was horrendous. It is covered in orange stains and black dots. The water coming out of the water slides was cloudy. You can definitely tell there is little to no maintenance on the pool and I was so grossed out I left within 30 minutes. Not even sure if it's safe to swim there. Could be black algae

So upset with this place it was posted they would have trunk or treat on sun the week before Halloween, and we went there. No one there! I don't know if they cancel because of the rain, but nothing was ever posted about that taking place
