Stelios (owner) has a way of making everyone feel welcome and immediately part of the family, and still pushes you to do the best you can do! Likewise, the clientele is extremely friendly and supportive. Great community! You will get the best workout of your life, and you WILL see results. Not only will you see results you will feel them. I come away from the classes feeling overall stronger and better about myself. Can't say enough good things about this place, I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I went to West Hempstead to visit and I was fortunate to have stumbled across this place. The vibe and people are great. The trainers are knowledgeable and push you to get better. The classes are adapted to the needs and skill set of each individual student. I wish that there was a gym like this in Montreal!!!
