Okeymas Castellon - Gym in Castelló, Spain

I've been training at OKEYMAS for several years now and I'm absolutely delighted. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming, both in the group fitness studio and the weight room. What stands out most is the professionalism of the instructors (Carol and Jessi are excellent; they're the ones I know best). They're always attentive, making sure we perform the movements with control and proper technique. If we have an injury, they offer alternatives to avoid aggravating it. The classes are very enjoyable and fun; having a good time and lots of laughs are guaranteed. Highly recommended!

I'm a member of this gym. I only go to group classes and I love them. The instructors are fantastic. Both Carol and Jessi are very professional and excellent in all the classes they teach: Power, Zumba, Pilates... and many more. I also want to mention Oscar's kindness; he's always willing to help if you want to use the gym. Throughout my long life, I've been to different gyms and had different instructors, and I'm delighted with this one. I recommend it 100%.

It's great, I chose it because they have good music and they turn on the air conditioning in the summer. But soon after they started playing Latin music, which I find awful, and the staff are always cold, so you have to bring your own music and endure the heat because if you're naturally hot and you're also exercising, you won't enjoy it.
