I have been attending the YFA for about a month and it is my first training experience in the world of martial arts; precisely I chose the Muay Thai + K1 course and from the 1st day of testing I felt at ease and welcomed by my companions, despite the class being mixed (beginners / advanced), the atmosphere is that beautiful of being all the same, therefore there is no room for the exalted. My teachers Roberto, Andrea and Denis are super professional and always available! In short, citing the motto "champions train, losers complain", I can say that this is the right place if you want to leave each lesson satisfied, and also happy, because the perfect workout is always a mix of effort and fun!
