I have found a new love. I am 57 and was lost for many years until my son Seth introduced me to Crossfit Greenwood. I have been a member now for 8 months. Crossfit is different than the traditional gym. The membership is higher than the traditional gym but I look at it as a investment in me. Crossfit Greenwood is like family. The members are friendly and encouraging. The coaches/trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. I am glad my son was persistent in asking me to join. It has changed my life.
