We've been learning horseback riding for six months. We love everything. Sometimes there are a lot of people signing up for Sunday mornings, and the arena is a bit crowded. Everything else is fine. Our little 4-year-old has a dedicated instructor. Helmets are required for children under 15. Everything is provided, with disposable covers.
The family ride left a negative impression because of the instructor, Olga. There was zero instruction beforehand. There was no sense of safety. It's clear she doesn't care about her clients or their safety; she's just out for the money. I don't recommend her, especially for beginners. The only star is for the horses.
