Single handedly the best gym in Manchester. The training facilities are awesome, the pool and spa areas are second to none. Cleanliness of the whole venue - 10/10. BUT The best thing is the staff and members. I lost my dear beloved Godmother's necklace, could not find it anywhere and the final place I thought it must be was the gym. Someone had handed it in. THAT NEVER HAPPENS ANYWHERE ELSE that I have been a member of. Class act. Well done Y Club. Keep up the great work you're doing Jamie 💚
Fabulous place! Staff are so friendly, extremely clean and facilities so so lovely. Lots of machines to use in the gym as well as free weights, pool is always spotless and perfect temperature. All in all a lovely environment. Gym goers are friendly too and helpful, if you're new to the gym! Price of membership definitely worth it for the location and the facilities!
Cancelled correctly within their terms. Final direct debit of £45 didn't go through. Without a phone call or a letter, they referred the matter to a commercial debt collector within six weeks and inflated the balance to £89.21. Settled for the original £45 after I pushed back formally. Before signing up, be aware: no trial, no-fault cooling off is voided as soon as you use the gym, one month's notice required on cancellation, and missed final payments go straight to external collections with fees attached. A registered charity behaving worse than any telecoms or utility provider I've dealt with. PureGym and The Gym Group are nearby, no contract, cancel via app. No reason to sign up here.
Filthy dirty. Changing rooms are dated and old. Showers are often just Luke warm, non adjustable and you have to wait. Pool, sauna dn steam room is fine. Showers and changing room is a disaster 😞
Horrific service, informed I wished to cancel earlier in the year which was ignored. Advised them again in my cancellation month to remind them I wanted to leave and they said I have left it to late to tell them and will now charge me another month. Gym and pool not large enough to deal with any kind of volume so you end up having to wait for anything you want to do
