Overall great gym great coaches great service but two things that I didn't personally like first the time it opens from 3:00pm until 11:00pm for men but it would have been nice if it was open from 5:00am because when people come home from work they don't have much energy to go to the gym so it's better if we go in the morning and 2nd is that it doesn't have too much equipment and it is small.
