Po roku treningów nie wyobrażam sobie tygodnia bez EMS.

Training under the supervision of Tomek's physiotherapist. He was supported by the excellent instructor Gosia, who developed his ability to fully utilize the equipment. The trainers' knowledge and the interesting and surprisingly comfortable equipment translate perfectly into training results. Intense but not overly strenuous, half an hour feels like an hour and a half of solid training. I'll definitely be staying longer!
