Did the day pass when visiting from out of town and had a great experience! Good selection of cardio and strength training equipment. Friendly and clean environment. Came on a Friday morning and it wasn’t crowded at all - never had to wait to use the equipment I wanted. James at the front is the best and super helpful in getting me setup for the day! Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

I’m here on vacation with my family and needed to hit the gym to burn all these carbs I’ve been eating. This gym is conveniently located not far from the beach. It’s very clean very,large and it’s not overcrowded. the staff is really nice! if you need your quick fix on vacation or your local I think a great place to stop by or a good workout.

Great Gym, Great Staff, by far the best thought out equipment scheme I ever seen and I would know being in the industry for 30 years and a fitness guy since i was 13. This place should be considered much like Golds in Venice and Gleasons in BK; a destination gym worth the trip even just to train for the day. Also, the level of cleanliness here is unmatched, the GM is incredible.

Awesome gym! Has all the equipment anyone would ever need whether you’re just doing some quick cardio, or training for flexibility, strength, recovery, or speed. Personally I’m a huge fan because of the competition-caliber powerlifting equipment they have (Rogue Combo Racks (2), Texas Power Bars, a Rogue Squat Bar, Ohio Deadlift Bars, Calibrated Kilogram plates, solid Rogue barbell clips, and 2 heavy duty power racks for when you’re squatting heavy and may not have a spotter … did I mention they’re open 24/7?! And the true variety of machines for all muscle groups is phenomenal … plus HEAVY dumbbells). The only other way I could hype up this gym is the staff: they’re extraordinary. Always welcoming you when you arrive and a goodbye when you depart. Ready to whip up a hearty protein shake of your choice on your way out. The facility’s cleanliness is top tier too; especially the bathrooms. They always keep the spray bottles and towels FULLY stocked. You’ll never have an excuse of not having a good place to train during your stays at Rehoboth, Dewey, Lewes or Bethany beaches. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been and on and off member for a couple years. I don’t normally leave reviews but the guys at the checking counter are amazing. I especially would like to recognizeAnthony, Dylan, and Nick. They were so friendly and helpful with opening my account. As a bartender I know good customer service is hard to come by, but the guys are killin it.
