Shree Yoga Vijnana Kendra (SYVK)

My wife did YIC course at SYVK centre, which is affiliated to sVyasa university. Its was bit difficult to travel to either Jigini or Gavipuram centre, lucky was able to locate a centre which conducts Yoga Instructor Course (YIC) close to home. Duration of YIC is 3 months, both weekday and weekend batches are conducted here. Faculty are excellent, very well experienced, who not only teach but strictly follow what they teach, very well dedicated support staff and very divine atmosphere to learn Yoga. Apart from this, they conduct regular yoga classes for general public.

Good place to start your yoga journey. SYVK trust has good experienced teachers to initiate aspiring students to Yogasana with ease and comfort. The place is clean and tidy. The trust also operates at Kogilu cross, GKVK Nagar, Old Yelahanka apart from their new town Branch. They also offer Yoga instructor course in affiliation with SVYASA, deemed university. Overall a good place for new town residents to practice Yoga. The batches start 5am and goes on till 730pm. The center offers Astanga yoga as their primary course along with power yoga, yoga for diabetics & therapeutic yoga.
