It is the oldest gym in Bahawalpur. It is cheap. You can say it economical. But, services are not so good. They have machines. But, they have not trained professionals. They will not properly guide you how much exercise and diet you need. Gym is only beneficial if you are keeping the things in balanced way. So, if you have money, do not come here. Go for some good gym.
