Vigour Studio Gym

An excellent gym, it has everything you need for quality training. The atmosphere is friendly, the facilities are clean, the music is stimulating, the hours are convenient and parking is easy. The place deserves five stars and more. Highly recommended.

This gym is good and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can look at the mountains while training and the music is not very loud, just perfect. The downsides for me are that it's crowded and people don't use towels.

I went there with my friends because it was the only gym working during the national holiday. We did not have to pay for our first visit. The gym is not very big. The machines are on the older side compared to the other gyms in Paphos. In general there is everything needed for a good workout if you are a beginner or intermediate level. I would also say that Vigour gym has the best offer for a mid term subscriptions like their 1 week offer.
