Дали бесплатный вводный инструктаж, он входил в стоимость абонемента. Подробно объяснили на каких тренажерах заниматься и на какие группы мышц направлены. Также грамотно и быстро подобрали систему тренировок. В итоге очень довольна выбором фитнес клуба. Рекомендую всем, не пожалеете!
