F45 Training Geelong West

Highly recommend this awesome gym and its lovely owners and trainers! You feel comfortable from day one - they are all so friendly and inclusive. I've never received such amazing guidance at any gym i've ever attended. Turns out theres a lot of exercises i've never been taught to do properly, but since attending F45 Geelong West, the trainers go out of their way to make sure you learn and carry out the exercises correctly. They push you when you need it most, which is something i've really needed getting back into exercise this year! Getting back into exercise after having my daughter was something I was struggling with so bad. I had attended my old F45 up until I was 35 weeks pregnant... and having the time off after having my daughter it really felt like I would never get back there again and I was SO self conscious trying to get back into any kind of exercise. I had tried a few gyms before joining F45 Gwest and I just really wasn't feeling it... but then I finally decided to get back to F45 and it was the best decision i've made. Thanks to this team I finally feel confident exercising again!

Never enjoyed going to the gym until I started at F45 Geelong West. The trainers were always upbeat, encouraging and pushed me harder each session, whilst always ensuring I had the correct technique to prevent injury. I'm so grateful to the team helping me gain confidence in the gym!
