You literally can find everything you want to. + Fitness classes, treadmills, bicycles, special programmes for everybody who has a goal to lose weight. + Very friendly and supportive trainers. + REALLY cheap price! 30€ for a month and you can come whenever you want! + Clean and nice atmosphere - On the weekends it's full of people so you better manage your time and come early in the morning. - No cold water in the shower, only warm 😄 See you there, gymbro!
All in all an ok gym. But as I finished my workout the other day, my clothes were stolen . I’m happy I never bring more than I need , but at least they could’ve left my keys . I’m like all the others wondering why , after so many people complaining about this problem, they don’t do anything about . But the staff has always been friendly .
I joined VivaGym temporarily during my internship and was never informed that I needed to cancel my membership manually. According to staff, this information is supposed to be clearly explained at the front desk — but that never happened. As a result, I was unknowingly charged for two extra months. When I went to the VivaGym in Palma, they told me there was nothing they could do. I then emailed the central team twice and never received a reply. This same situation also happened to a friend of mine, which makes me think it’s not just bad luck, but part of a larger issue with communication and transparency. I’m honestly very disappointed, not just because I lost money for a service I didn’t use, but also because of how the situation was handled (or not handled at all).
