Booster Pilates is a whole body workout that I got addicted to, I really love how the instructors take care of proper execution and support us clients to make the best out of every single training session we attend. Doing Lagree on the Megaformer makes you stronger every time by being 50 minutes under tension.

The best and most complete workout you'll find in town! This workout is perfect for people who want to strengthen their core while toning the remaining of their body. The teachers are amazing and the rooms are also very well equipped. I strongly advise booking in advance since this studio gets filled up pretty fast!

I was obsessed with Booster Transform ever since the first day I tried this work out. Forum studio is centrally located (so are the other two studios), it's their oldest studio but I love how the class is small (only 5 participants per class!) and intimate. Studio is always very clean and organized. Booster wouldn't be as fun of a workout without the amazing, friendly and professional instructors! THANK YOU!
