I started working out with Michael at the Burke Boot Camp in 2009. I continue to work out at 6 AM three days a week barring a natural disaster. No workout is ever the same! I have raised my level of fitness and continue to run 10 mile races in my fifties. Thank you Michael for making me fit and strong enough to participate in my life and not be a bystander.
