I started working out with Michael at the Burke Boot Camp in 2009. I continue to work out at 6 AM three days a week barring a natural disaster. No workout is ever the same! I have raised my level of fitness and continue to run 10 mile races in my fifties. Thank you Michael for making me fit and strong enough to participate in my life and not be a bystander.
I have been working out with Michael for over 7 years now and have yet to become bored with the workouts. Every day is different! You never know what you're going to do until you arrive. He is up beat, creative and you always work up a healthy sweat. From the youngest of us to the oldest of us we all have a good time and a great workout!
I started going to Burke Boot Camp several years ago as a New Years Resolution and can't imagine a week without it now! Michael brings the equipment, music and a workout plan. All we have to do is come and sweat! It's a great way to start my Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays!
