Beautiful facility!!! We were visiting from Raleigh North Carolina for a week-long summer vacation but my two boys had a state swim meet coming up and needed some training laps. Initially we reached out to the Sarasota Sharks... But their head coach didn't want to be bothered by hosting two state champion, visiting swimmers. Thankfully Google shared this place. I called and spoke with Marianna (s/p?) over the phone. She was incredibly friendly and gave me all the information I needed. This facility was incredible and absolutely perfect for dropping in so my boys could swim laps on vacation. Floridians are lucky to have this place nearby! I wish I had dropped them off for the whole day and they could have also played basketball & pickleball ;-) Thank you for showing our family true Southern hospitality. We will definitely be back next time we visit Sarasota!

I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care and professionalism I experience during my massage sessions with Angela. From the moment I arrive, I feel welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. Angela’s attentiveness, skill, and intuitive approach creates not only physical relief, but a sense of calm and restoration that stays with me long after the appointment has ended. I suffer from horrible anxiety and have Tourette’s that can impact every bit of my life. Additionally, I’ve had spinal fusion with complications and Angela has been so supportive and caring! She has truly made me function both mentally and physically!!! It is rare to encounter someone who brings both technical excellence and such a compassionate presence to their work. I feel so lucky to be a part of the HealthFit community. I have been part of Bone Builders, a clinical program for osteoporosis, for almost two years. The professional and personal guidance that members receive it absolutely top notch. The staff is great, from the top down. Doug, the manager, is always visible around the club and is happy to chat with members. All of the trainers, exercise physiologists, PTs, everyone there is great. Special shout out to Alexis Gonzalez Wright, who heads up our Bone Builders program. She has not only created an incredibly successful exercise and education program for people with osteoporosis, Alexis builds community. I am forever grateful.
