California Fitness & Yoga Quận 11

This was the closest gym to where I was staying in Ho Chi Minh city, only for a few days so wasn’t going to get a month pass. My home town is the Phu Quoc islands, I am used to paying for the 1 day access for gyms that are fairly decent around 40,000 vnd. If you’re looking to just use the day for a work out. Read this before you come here. I approached the lady at the front, asked her how much for 1 day access. She told me she didn’t know and was going to call a manager to talk to me.(which I found odd, since you would assume places have a fixed cost) anyways.. this dude came from the back and told me to have a seat and he’ll go get a manager.. The same dude walked away a few feet and came back to me and had the audacity to tell me the price was 420,000 VND. I repeated it back to him to confirm, and yes I was hearing right. I felt the impression that he knew I was visiting so he just threw up a number. Maybe that’s what the normal cost is around here, but in Phu Quoc that’s a huge jump.

Staff: not professional at all and very slow Facility: old and don't have enough devices for their members. X-class space is very small, just around 5 persons at one time PT: quite bad, they just try to sale and force member to buy more and more. They mostly play with their phone during the class and spent very less attention for person they are instructing. Yoga class: instructor just come in class, and do his own yoga without giving guidance. California customer support: hard to contact and slow. Called them and spent 20 minutes just to check how many payments I have made and how many PT sessions I still have Cali is the worst gym I have come to and not worth money paid for membership and classes
