HotShop Victoria Park is an amazing hot yoga studio! The instructors have always been A1, and the facility is very nice. The male locker room can be a bit busy at times, but usually it’s good. Love this place and recommend it to all.
As a newcomer, I arrived at HotShop Hot Yoga in Victoria Park and felt so very welcomed; the atmosphere was nothing but inclusive. Having zero experience with hot yoga, I found the staff so very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very informative regarding where to change into gear, the etiquette of the studio as well as offering folks items like towels or yoga mats for practice. That was back in March, 2019. I have been attending practice ever since. I absolutely love the studio, the staff and the community. I truly feel I've grown a lot from being a part of this great atmosphere. I have felt cared for not only as a regular, but also as a newcomer. By attending just one class, you will feel the positive energy this studio extrudes, which will leave you filled with nothing short of inspiration. Peace.
Felt very unwelcome upon entering, first timer for hot yoga. Staff gave me no instructions whatsoever, gave no tour and I had to ask where to go. Very unhelpful and made me feel terrible off the bat, luckily the class had a good instructor. I guess they only care about long time customers, would not recommend for newcomers.
