Oldschool gym with all the machinery you need for a good workout. The man working was very friendly and send me into the backday with a bright smile!
Good gym Simple not fancy and you got everything you need
One of the last dollar gyms in all of Phnom Penh. The owner is super nice and repairs all of the equipment himself. He's also honest and has returned money when I accidentally overpaid him. It's metal to metal, but there's a good number of cable equipment. Only no squat racks, but there are leg press, and worst case, just do some Bulgarian split squats. Most of the weights are rebar with weight welded on. Really cool gym, you can hit every major muscle group. There's also an open area for women to do yoga and stuff.
I Loved this gym - pretty old school and a little busted up and dusty but good for men and has a specific women’s area too. At only $1 (4k riel) per day no one can complain. I would advise NOT to ever kick the heavy bag though - pretty sure there’s rocks at the bottom as my bleeding shin may suggest 😂 Still this place is awesome!
Well equipped 1$ gym. Needs more fans though, only some areas are covered by ceiling fan and it gets very hot. Some equipment could also do with maintenance but overall its a decent gym. There is also a cat (very friendly)
