Amari Yoga Horsham

Silvia is a spontaneous teacher who will personalise the position for student of every level of flexibility. In Horsham, March 2019, that was my first trial of yoga and since I keep training for myself because Silvia shared with me both lots of exercises ideas and the taste of this art. Last but not least, I discovered a true friend that I will never forget.

Having a Yoga class with Silvia is like nothing else I have had the chance to experience with any other teacher. We are about to start our second week of 2 classes p/week with Silvia, and we have already noticed the not-so-subtle improvements to our posture, breathing, and bodies. Silvia taught me in a retreat in Thailand, it was my first time doing yoga and I found her to be patient yet persistent. She will gently push you to get your body to do things you didn’t think were possible! She also has a calm and positive outlook on life so a great practice for your mind, body and soul. Great teacher and would highly recommend for all levels.

I haven’t actually been to horsham yet, but Silvia taught me yoga for three months during a retreat. She definitely thinks outside the box and challenges others too as well. She is a very passionate person who wants the best for her students.
