Beautiful studio with kind staff. When you walk into the front door you will instantly feel at peace. I've only been twice, for two different classes, but I thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. I can't wait to come back!
Everything about my first experience here was so calming. The way people interacted with each other. The way the instructor cared about everyone in the room and made sure they were comfortable. I loved getting a cold, scented towel at the end to relax with. I can't wait to continue on with more classes.
I have enjoyed every class I have tried. Right now there is such a great vibe in the Monday 9am with Jessica J Nguyen - I try to never miss it. And all the fun activities like the Pint and Pose, and workshops, really feels like a community of like minded souls. Loving me some Simply Yoga + Wellness!!!

Simply Yoga + Wellness is warm, inviting, accessible, and encouraging. They offer many types of classes and have a variety of excellent instructors. Class sizes aren't too large and aren't too small, and the yogi's come in many shapes, sizes, and abilities!
