Samadhi Center For Yoga Uptown

The studio has an a excellent range of high quality classes and teachers. It also offers a great number of classes (including a beginner's class) and times. I like that this studio focuses on traditional (versus trendy) yoga. The community here is wonderful! Note that it's much easier to book on the app versus the website. I also took my Mom to the donation-based Adaptive Yoga class and it was amazing. The class was incredibly thoughtful and worked really well with every body and age type. Plenty of props, pose options/customization, and assistants to support each student's practice.

I had been eyeing this studio for a while and I am so glad I finally took the plunge and tried it out. I prefer classes that incorporate the spiritual aspects of yoga and Chris's sunrise vinyasa hit the spot. These pictures on the site are also an excellent representation of the space but fail to capture just how welcoming a place it is there. I am going to make a point to get there regularly going forward.

Samadhi yoga is a beautiful, authentic yoga studio in Denver. I had the great pleasure of joining them on the sacred Maui reset retreat. It was a wonderful experience with amazing yoga, food cooked by local organic chefs, an amazing group of people, and a beautiful setting. I highly recommend Samadhi Yoga and their yoga retreats.

So far, I love it. Two weeks in with the Sangha membership. I've taken different classes with different instructors and they've all been uniquely rewarding. Truly a yogic experience, informed instructors, and thoughtfully curated classes and other offerings. Grateful to have found them and excited to grow with them!
