Previously, I enrolled myself in bigger gyms where you wouldn’t receive proper consideration and guidance until you paid for personal training. But here, from the first day, I’m experiencing various types of support in terms of both workout guidance and hospitality. Hats off to Giri master and his son Bharath for their phenomenal guidance and support.

In the gym, some equipment grips are worn out and they sometimes use strips. Charging 700 rupees for grip strips is not a low price at all. They have upgraded the cardio equipment, which is good, but the other workout machines have been used for years without replacement. They haven’t mentioned buying modern equipment. Some gyms still offer memberships for 800 rupees per month. I’m not comparing, I’m just saying that for 700, improvements are needed. They installed a new sliding door and new cardio machines, which is fine, but other equipment needs replacement. The leg press machine, both chest machines, and benches are old and should be changed to make the gym more aesthetic. The existing equipment is still usable but not convenient. (People who agree with me just put a like so the gym owner can notice and improve things) The lat pulldown machine is also old but doesn’t need immediate replacement.

I’ve been going to this gym for the past 4 years. It used to be really good earlier, but now they’ve renovated it. The space and machines are all changed, but honestly, there was no real need to change everything. Some of the equipment isn’t up to the mark now and definitely needs to be replaced. They shouldn’t try to cut costs where it actually matters. Even the trainers aren’t like before. Earlier, they were really good and professional. Now, because of overload or maybe other reasons, their behavior has changed. It doesn’t feel the same anymore. The gym is run by a father and son duo — they used to manage it well, but things feel different now
